I’ve been in the fitness and nutrition space since 2014 and have tried every fitness fad + diet under the sun. This exploration allowed me to understand what works and what isn’t sustainable when it comes to developing a healthy lifestyle.
I had my first baby during COVID where I ended up having an emergency c-section. This experience really shifted my perspective on what being healthy means. As I healed from my abdominal surgery, I realized that simple movements were hard and that healing was a long road.
This is when I decided to be an advocate for other moms who are looking for the tools to start easing back into their fitness and nutrition regimen.
